I have two dynamic fields that get reset when I move the ticket to a different queue. The two fields are added to all the different views including Note and Close. The fields are filled in the Notes view, when I close the ticket and bring up the Close view, the fields are still filled in.
But, if I move the ticket to a different queue and bring up the Close view, the two fields are reset (blank).
Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix or workaround? Thanks.
