Another permission problem CacheInternalTicket slackware

Post by web2all »

Hello,

I have recently update OTRS from 3.1.x to the latest 3.2.9. Now we suddenly have a problem with the CacheFileStorable directory.

I have followed the upgrade guide as i have done multiple times.
Now at the moment we have the problem that the files and the directories in the CacheInternalTicket are created by the user daemon and the group daemon. This results in directories that cannot be added, and created cache files that cannot be removed because that is user otrs trying to do that.

Fixpermissions.pl even makes things worse. Especially if you run the removecache script as well. It sets the proper user and group, but as directories are created by the user daemon it will instantly result in errors with filepermissions.

Could someone point me out where that user daemon is coming from and how to fix it so it creates directories with the proper owner and group?

Thanks
Marco
