Dear Team,

IS there any possiblitiy of locking out account after unsuccessfull login attempts in OTRS.

This would be a feature of your auth backend. You could also, in theory, install fail2ban.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
