Dear all,
I am using OTRS 3.1 with KIX4OTRS. When I am trying to upload an attachment from Agent Portal "New Phone Ticket" the page refreshes and resets "From Customer" field. Is there any way to stop reseting fields?

please tell us in which OTRS and KIX4OTRS-version this occurs. If it still is the case for the most current version for your OTRS-framework please send a simple bug description to support(at)cape-it.de.chvas wrote:Hello again,

We are using OTRS 3.1.11 and KIX4OTRS 4.2.1 (Core 1.1.1). Looking forward to your reply for a solution.
