I'd like to add another ticket beside phone and email tickets.
I'd like to do that because I'd like to have more then one form for ticket entry (different business units have different demands concerning dynamic fields). What is the best practice?
IS it possible to do it and if yes, how?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
