I installed this trough the ubuntu server with apt-get...
I am running ubuntu 13.04 server and running OTRS 3.1.7
This is the error message I am getting:

change the permissions:

/usr/share/otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable': Permission denied

But for .deb based distributions I suggest to use the tar.gz file and install based on the INSTALL file
