how to use OTRS Headers in POST master Filter " In-Reply-To" option ??

customer replies to the specific ticket keeping the subject line(instead of ticket number) to identify follow-up messages ???

OTRS can not write X-OTRS Headers in replies.

For Follow Up checking, have a look in Core::Postmaster in Syconfig
