customer_user empty

Guys,

I have my OTRS integrated with my Active directory, but when i checked my customer_user, the table is empty.

How do I to include my Active Directory users in this table?

using LDAP for customers is an online access to the AD, so no data will be copied

I need to include this users in this customer_user table to create reports, because otrs stats are too limited.

this is not a good idea. You'll need to create a script which updates the data and this redundancy will open a load more issues.
