Hi All
I have a OTRS install that has been running well on OpenSuse for a few months. Recently we are starting have some performance issues. Looking at the processes I have one process - 'mynotify' that seems to be using LOTS of CPU, thus affecting the OTRS performance.
Any suggestions on how to look into this process. This server is OTRS only, 3.2.6, and mySQL locally.
Killing the mynotify process does nothing as the process simply starts up again. I have googled around and have yet to find out what this process is/does.
Thanks
Jeff
