[SOLVED]SQL query to track Agent work

Hi guys,

How can I track the I agents performance, according to the Ticket created, TIcket solved, Ticket excalated, and etc.

but how can i track, the time when ticket open and ticket was closed.
like that.

And some of the SQL do not work for me :(

Try replace ${INTERVAL} with 1 MONTH or 1 YEAR or 1 WEEK or 1 DAY
