For example I have 3 customers: A with ID=1, B with ID=2, C with ID=3. Customer A need to see customer B and C tickets, so i try to configure customer_ids. So customer_ids for customer A will be "2;3", but still he can only see his own tickets...
Or this work only when Company tickets enabled and in customer_ids i add different company ids?

Re: Customer_ids question
did you add customer_ids to the Map in CustomerUser of Config.pm?
The additional tickets will show in "Company Tickets".

Re: Customer_ids question
Yes, I add customerids to the map and I can configure it through agent interface . But I didn't enable companytickets in config.pm, because I don't need a company for every customer
Re: Customer_ids question
today i can see all customers' tickets in company's tickets. I configured everything yesterday, but company's tickets were empty. Why doesn't it work immediately, why does it take so much time? Is there a way to speed up the process?
Re: Customer_ids question
did you create new tickets also?

Re: Customer_ids question
Yeah, so yesterday I tried to create different tickets from different clients, but they didn't show up among company's tickets. Instead they apeared with all the other tickets the next day
