[SOLVED] Create CI link automatically

We have a dynamic field and the customer informs the CI Name, the computer. How can we create a link automatically to its CMBD CI when an agent is working on the ticket?

Finally we did a custom development.
Using:
OTRS HELP DESK 3.3.5
OTRS ITSM 3.3.5
POSTGRES 8.3
