Owner name on the customer interface

We would put agent's name on the user interface. In the Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewZoom, on the AttributesView, we put the responsible and the owner, but on the customer interface appears the agent code, and we would the agent name. How can we do it?

You have to change the Perl code... Hint: With this code you get the name of the agent:
