Integrate OTRS to Sharepoint

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know your insights about getting data from OTRS specifically the Change entries and displaying it in SharePoint. The only way I can think of is to go directly to the DB.

Are there any other ways? Is OTRS capable of producing RSS feeds?
