Hi all,
this is my configuration: two OTRS instances (Both v2.4.9 with ITSM installed) on a Ubuntu 12.04 LTS server.
Mail sending and receveing work for both instances, but in my log I found a lot of these errors:
notice OTRS-CGI Sent agent 'Move' notification to 'mail@mail.com'.
error OTRS-CGI Can't send to 'mail@mail.com': 4524.1.1 3jNx1m00K0Y37d301jNxBS policy violation
notice OTRS-CGI Sent agent 'NewTicket' notification to 'mail@mail.com'.
error OTRS-CGI Can't use from '': 5505.1.0 3mek1m00u0Y37d301mekFK policy violation
notice OTRS-CGI Sent auto response (SendAutoReply) for Ticket [numero_ticket] (TicketID=id_ticket, ArticleID=) to 'mail@mail.com'.
error OTRS-CGI Can't use from '': 5505.1.0 3mek1m00p0Y37d301mekFE policy violation
Sometimes I found OTRS-PMAccount instead of OTRS-CG.
Someone know where the problem is?

the error is created by your mailserver. Ask your mailadmin to fix it

also, it doesn't like blank notification from. Edit in sysconfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

This morning the problem is gone.
Probably someone has fixed the servermail problem.

A new message error suddenly appear.
