[SOLVED]Android App Error Login

Hi good morning recently to lower the android application called Megaticket, attempting to enter throws me the following error:

'No Access to iPhoneObject'

Anyone have experience with this app? I am using OTRS 3.1.6

did you install the iphone package via OTRS Package Manager?
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Yes, otrs 3.1.2 and iPhoneHandle 1.0.91...

I found this thread from a list, but do not understand the solution posed ...

Hi!

Update the iPhoneHandle package to version 1.1.1 and it worked properly...
