Hi all,
I'm working on OTRS 3.2.5 and i want to Customize the Customer interface:
- I want to add more fields in the preferences tab like: change e-mail, change theme...
- I want to add Dashboard that shows the TicketStats (like the one that exists in the agent interface) on the Customer interface.
Can any one give me suggestions on how I can make these changes?
