I also have this kind of questions about using the dynamicfield in report. This is the template for ticketphone:
As the picture shows, it's an outage ticket, so it includes start time and end time (they're dynamicfield, i added them to AgentTicketPhone). I want to get the total outage time(end time minus start time of all tickets). Do you think I can get this functionality with OTRS system?
