for the past few days, in some ticket the email text is converting as attachments and in the body it is showing as
and also before the subject it is adding as spamThe attached message from ********************
was determined by the Spam Blocker to be spam based on a score
of 4.7 where anything above 4.3 is spam.
we dont use any spam-blocker but dont know why this is happening[spam]subject
Is otrs using spamassasin or some other blocker if so how to increase the score of spamblocker
Any help in resolving this is great
