How can we do it? We don't find a responsible check option on the newphoneticket screen.

is repsonsible switched on via sysconfig? is Ticket::Frontend::NewResponsibleSelection set to yes?

Yes, if you refers to Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewResponsible. But the option doesn't appear on the newphone ticket option.

Really we removed the responsible button on the ticketzoomview. We change the responsible on the ticketnote screen. To permit the agents assign the responsible directly when creates the ticket, we will put the responsible option on the newphone ticket screen. Is it possible?
