Interfacing our nagios setup with our otrs setup makes nagios incidents end up in the otrs postmaster queue by default, along with other tickets. I would like to see these tickets end up in some other dedicated queue, but I can not readily see a SysConfig place, where I can customize the queue, that nagios incidents end up into. Thus the question, if it is possible to ensure, that nagios incident mails ends up in a dedicated queue, call it nagios, say.

Hmmm, should have thought a little extra before posting. The "Postmaster Filters" menu in the admin area is the key. Sorry for disturbing.
