I'm trying to make my OTRS running. We have decided that most of tickets will be a process tickets. As far as I know it is not yet possible to start process ticket from user frontend. So my question is, is there any way to convert user ticket (by an agent) to a process ticket. It doesn't have to be automated process. I want agent to open new tickets and to assign correct process.
I have searched for a solution since couple of days. All I have found is that I need to assign the EntityIDs of my processes and start activities by filling the dynamic fields with values like P1 for my process and A1 for my activity. To be honest, it tells me nothing... (due to my poor OTRS experience)
