the subject that I've always wanted to ask and if the OTRS can save a contact list for when typing the letter of the email address appears to me the address where to send, hopefully I can give a help.

No, for that you need development work.

Thanks KlausNehrer but if I refer to automatically add the client to the database if a client wrote a mail because I've disabled the tab "customer". As on a common mail client the contacts are autosaved when I send an email and so when re-typing a letter sent to the the contacts appear that begin with the letter "a" not if I explain well
