Hi,
Wie in den Screenshots ersichtlich sieht man Anhänge im Customer Interface erst nach dem Aufklappen der Felder.
Ist ganz schön anstrengend wenn da 50 Beiträge bei einem Tickt sind.
Kann man das ändern?
Im Agent Interface schaut das nämlich Spitze aus.
