How to show only one ticket state on "Next Ticket State"?

Hi,

I have configured several ticket states as type OPEN

- Working on it
- Open Sucessful (already set as default on sysconfig)
- Open with restrictions

I need to show on the Agent Ticket Phone screen, on the Next Ticket State field, only the state OPEN SUCESSFUL and not the rest. From SysConfig I can only hide or show the whole type OPEN, but not individual states.

I will apreciate your help.

Well... yeah, I apreciate you pointed out what an ACL is... But picture this, you are taking a stroll when out of nowhere, you find a nuclear bomb, it's about to blow up and nobody knows what to do, you are the only one with a cell phone so you call 911 asking for help and they tell you: Well, maybe you should deactivate it, and then they give you the defintion of "deactivate" (1. To render inactive or ineffective. 2. To inhibit, block, or disrupt the action of (an enzyme or other biological agent. 3. To remove from active military status.), Good luck and thanks for calling, then they hang up the phone. I would have to say thanks! At least they didn't tell me to google it.

Yeah, RTFM is ALWAYS a good answear. It should be an answear template on this forum, you know, to prevent from bothering others with trivial questions like mine. You answears have been very usefull. T4N.
