URGENT HELP :-

At my organization our support staff is using OTRS for ticket logging purpose since more than 1.5 years.Today onwards the production system is throwing error like below:-
Software error:

Attempt to delete disallowed key '556657112' from a restricted hash at /usr/share/perl5/IO/Socket/SSL.pm line 1467.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@example.net), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Could you please help and tell what this is??

This error has started to pop up since yesterday..sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. It doesn't appear on any particular action..just random.

Id it a possibility that i am required to delete the cache?

I have deleted the cache and the problem seems to have gone away.I shall update if the error pops up again.Thanks in advance.
