Feature to see answer in Customer Portal

Hi,

Is in OTRS feature which allow customer see answer for his ticket in customer portal. Now customer recive answer via mail, but in Web Customer Portal he can see only status of the ticket.

As long as the article type is *-extern (note-external, email-ext,...) the customer should see the articles in the tickets.
