Missing otrs-web

Hi

I just installed OTRS helpdesk and nothing works right the installer.pl 'next' button didn't work.

I've install the Mysql data manually by executing the sql found in the sources and change the config.pm file.

On index.pl i get a brower warning 'The browser you are using is too old. OTRS runs with a huge lists of browsers, please upgrade to one of these. Please see the documentation or ask your admin for further information.'.

I'm using google chrome, I've also tried in the latest version of firefox and internet explorer on different machines. Same thing.

Looking in the console of google chrome i see a number of not found errors. All linking to the /otrs-web/ any idea why this folder is not included in the sources? can i download it from anywhere?

Thanks for your reply, I think i found the problem. I'm trying to install this on to a stared hosting platform.

so the file apache2-httpd.include.conf does not run correctly as the directory are different. I've adjusted it but still does not work correctly.

Is there a .htaccess file which i can use rather then the config?

OTRS is not build to run on shared hosting plattforms. You need to configure the apache
