I was wondering if someone have tried to modify the output format for UntilTime or EscalationTime field on a TicketList report?.
If you make a report and include those fields you will get epoch numbers. So, in order to reflect them on a "follow up" report, It should be nice to have them in proper format.
I´m using OTRS 3.1.
Any help in this regard is appreciated.
