Hi,
I have this problem, i had tried to created some customer/users in OTRS, but after i logout from the admin and trying to login with the user. I always getting password incorrect,
Any one of you have the idea for this? please.. and thanks

index.pl is agent. customer.pl is customer
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
