OTRS UPGRADE 3.1.12 -> 3.2.10 Permission Problem

Hi,

After reading The UPGRADE file and following it, i keep getting the following error:

Error during minification of file /srv/otrs-3.2.10/var/httpd/htdocs/js/Core.Agent.Login.js: mkdir /srv/otrs-3.2.10/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable/CacheInternalLoader: Permission denied at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 81

I've excute the SetPermission script, but with no success. Does any one have any clue/experince with this permission problem. Setting the whole directory to 777 doesn't solve the Problem either!

Hi,

seems, that your webserver does not have access. You *should* run the Permission Script properly, delete all caches, make an RebuildConfig
restart your webserver and try again.
