I'm looking into finding if there is already some add-on/configuration to allow showing the FAQ module while opening a ticket (tried searching for "faq" but the forum does not allow due to too few characters
).Our intent would be to guide the user through the FAQ before he/she opens a ticket, thus reducing the number of opened tickets which have solutions already documented.
