any alternative link for downloading all versions i need 2.4 to 3.0

it's online.

You should not use 3rd party downloads.
- you can not trust them
- you may pay for it

if you can make sure, that your source is original, you''ll find different locations them by searching in google.

Or you use linux online repositories (if available)

currently upgrading from 2.4 to 3.0
scrip for DB update is started

ERROR 1061 (42000) at line 10: Duplicate key name 'ticket_create_time_unix'
ERROR 1025 (HY000) at line 45: Error on rename of './otrs1/#sql-8fc_7cd6' to './otrs1/article_flag' (errno: 150)


how do i check script status is it still running (i have big DB and dont know is it finished or not)
do i need to be worried about this?
and how to fix it if yes

yes, errors on upgrading are not good. you should consider to ask for professional help on otrs.com
