I created new ticket state - reopen for reopening closed tickets.
How to set this State automatically in Customer interface when Customer reopens closed ticket?

Hi,
there should be some setting in sysconfig with "followupState" or something in Core::Ticket or similar.

But I already found this setting in Core::PostMaster - PostmasterFollowUpStateClosed.
It defines the state of a ticket if it gets a follow-up and the ticket was already closed.
But it works only if Customer replyes to closed ticket by external email, not in customer web interface.

Sabyr, for the web interface use "Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###StateDefault"
