Object #<Object> has no method 'addCss'

Hallo,
(OTRS 3.2.10 auf Windows 2008 R2 Standard)

ich habe ein Upgrade OTRS 3.1.11 auf 3.2.10 durchgeführt.
Will ich nun ein neues Ticket (E-Mail) erstellen kommt unten stehende Meldung (Die gleiche Meldung kommt auch beim Telefon-Ticket).
Quittiert man die unterstehende Fehlermeldung mit OK, wird das Textfeld (Eintrag Ticketproblem) nicht angezeigt und man kann nichts eintragen, nicht weiter navigieren,...!
(support.HOMEPAGE habe ich hier ausdgebessert... da steht natürlich die richtige Adresse drinnen)

Hi,

Bist Du nach Anleitung vorgegangen? Sind alle File Permissions korrekt? Hast Du alle Perl Module installiert?

Mal probiert, JSON::XS zu entfernen?

Permission sind korrekt, Perl war installaiert, JSON::XS war nicht installiert.
ich habe das gesamt OTRS entfernt, neu installiert und konfiguriert. Diese Meldung kommt nicht mehr.
