FirstResponseInMin calculation problem

Hi,

I have a problem when trying to export search results in CSV file.
The field FirstResponseInMin is well calculated when a ticket is created and response done during the same day.
But when the ticket is cretaed the day D and the response is the day D+1 then the FirstResponseInMin is false : it is 59 or 60 min more than it should be.
Example :
ticket
Created 2013-01-16 18:50:03
FirstResponse : 2013-01-17 08:28:56
FirstResponseInMin : 158
Calendar : 8h - 20h
Calculated : 99

If someone can help me the solve this problem, it would be great for me !

So in your calendar settings only the checkboxes 8 to 19 are checked, right?

Then your working hours are from 8:00:00 to 20:59:59 and the calculation is correct. The checkbox "8" means 8:00 to 8:59...
