Custumer from DB

Hello to all,

I have to create thousands of customers of the same group, I have the opportunity to have the personal database of the customer and here is the question: how do I feed OTRS DB with this data ?

I tried looking in the manual but I do not see light someone can enlighten me with just a guideline.

you can add this DB as a customer authentication source - see OTRS Admin manual for details
