Need Details OTRS

Hello all,

Please help.

I am newbie to OTRS.

I am having some requirements , please any one reply whether my requirements are fulfilled in OTRS.

1.A customer creates a ticket through an email, admin should assign the ticket to the local technician to manage the ticket.
2. Once the ticket is assigned , a new ticket must be shown to the technician(User). User will have rights to see his assigned tickets alone.
3.An automatic email sent to the technician to notify about the assigned new ticket.
4.If the technician close the ticket and then an auto reply sent back to admin and the customer.

Please read http://docs.otrs.org carefully and come back with a more detailled question.

You should also consider buying professional support and training
