Hi,
I have just install and configure OTRS 3.2.10-02 and its works perfect and than I tried to integrate it with my domain and first time it successfully Login three users into otrs from LDAP but futhermore no user is able to logina and I am getting;
"Panic, user authenticated but no user data can be found in OTRS DB!! Perhaps the user is invalid."
and with my search I just come to know that 'mail' must be entered in account property in active directory. I did this but again getting this error and in my here is error of
[root@testmachine ~]# tail /var/log/messages
Sep 18 13:31:40 testmachine OTRS-CGI-10[8852]: [Notice][Kernel::System::Auth::Sync::LDAP::Sync] User: root@localhost sync failed, no LDAP entry found!BaseDN='dc=expertsols,dc=com,dc=pk', Filter='(DN=root@localhost)', (REMOTE_ADDR: 192.168.10.118).
and when here is some other information as well;
[root@testmachine ~]# perl -cw /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm
Can't locate Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm line 166.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
