Response Template on Iphone App

Hello,

I need an help.
I created some response templates to easy manage response to ticket open from our clients. When we use OTRS on desktop all was ok but we need to use also OTRS on mobile phone (iPhone) and we have some problem:

1) If I use desktop version on mobile phone I can't reply to customer because iPhone can't open response popup

2) If I use the iPhone app I can reply but I can't select response templates

There is a way to solve these issues? if I could use the template with the app would be perfect

Sorry, I thought it was the right place.

If you can help me... in Safari on iPhone I haven't protection for popup but when I try to reply to a ticket Safari stop.
Don't you have same problem with safari on iPhone?
