Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there is a way to get the first article subject of a process ticket. I have a purchasing process ticket and in the first AD I inserted an article field for the requester to specify the subject and description of their request, this is useful cause I don't need to create additional dynamic fields for this propose. The issue come when I generate a report because all ticket are has for title the name of the process + date + time, so this way there is no way to know the concept of each entry unless you take the ticket number from the spreadsheet and make a search on OTRS.

did you have an answer, I do have the same problem. I need to find a way to extract the first subect.
