Hi all,
I did not find the right section or portal to mention a bug we discovered.
It appreas when using the forward function in compose view.
If a file is forwarded into the mail, the file is included into the mail, but can not have access on it by using Outlook 2007.
Received mail contains the joined file, but no access to them.
Do not hesistate to contact me for further information.

are you using the latest version of OTRS (3.2.10)?

Yes we are using the latest 3.2.10
