Hey,
I'm having problems to forward email addresses to a system address.
Example:
I have a ticket OTRS#"2013000000000001 and i have to forward that ticket/articles to a team email address that is already defined as a system address.
It doesn't allow me saying that "Need a valid email address or don't use a local email address".
Can someone help me, please?

as the address is definied as a systema address sending an email to it will result in a new article on the same ticket. Thats why it is blocked.
Move the ticket to the other queue instead.
Don't use system addresses which will go to OTRS and human users at the same time
