Hi.
I have problem with notifications to customers. I want to set notification which will be send to customer after adding note to ticket. When I set notification on i.e ticket state update everything works great and notification to customer is being sent. But when i try to set notification to ArticleCreate (note-internal and note-external) after adding a note to ticket there's no notification to customer sent. What can be the cause of that it work for changing state but don't work for adding note to ticket?

please use the reply functionality to send messages to the customer. Not notes

I do use it. But I also need this notification functionality for adding notes.Besides it works for changing state or priority so why it don't want to work for article create?

I don't know how to export full settings. Here's what I have set in notification event:
Name: Note
Recipient groups: Customer
Event: ArticleCreate
Article type: Note internal
Article sender type: System
Subject: Some subject
Text: New note in the ticket.
Notification article type: email-notification-int
Validity: valid

I found my mistake... Article sender type should be set to: Agent.
