Quick question about Stats

Hi guys,

When I print the following stat all the times are shown as 0h 00m
Object: TicketSolutionResponseTime
Evaluation by: Solution Average

Is it necessary to activate an SLA so this starts to count? If not, what might be wrong in my setup?
