hi,
i just installed a new otrs, otrs 3.2.10 and i want to edit the titles of the dashboard, e.g for open ticket i want to just leave it as open tickets and not "open/need to be answered" so i need to edit the dashboard file. the problem is i dont know where to get the file to edit this. i would also want to remove the settings options from the list, anybody who know the files i need to edit?

For changing the words in dashboard, you can just edit /Kernel/Language/your_language.pm
For programming the dashboard, right file would be: /Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentDashboard.dtl
