Hi all,
I know this question has been asked before on here but after following the instructions in previous posts, the Free Text option is still not showing in ticket zoom view. I have created dynamic fields and added them to the new phone ticket, which work great. However I would like to be able to amend some of the values after a ticket is created should that become necessary. Also I would like a dynamic field which would only be used when about to close a ticket.
I have managed to get the dynamic fields to show in the ticket information on the right hand side when in ticket zoom view, but I am unable to edit these.
Any help would be gratefully received.

you can not edit the fields in Zoom. You have to use another pop up window like note or free fields

Free fields is what I am trying to activate, but when I make the changes in sysconfig and then go back to the ticket, the free fields hyperlink isnt there. Its probably just me missing something obvious but it doesnt seem to be working.
