hi guys
is that possible to specified the priority of new automatique tickets by the status of the service
for example
if notification come with status critical, give the ticket priority 5 "very important"
and if it come with status warning, give the ticket priority 4 "important"
excuse my language

have a look at the documentation (http://docs.otrs.org) especially on the postmaster filters
