I have setup a notification and it is working perfectly. What I would like to add are the contents of note-internal to the body of the email notification. I have not found anything saying whether there is a tag for this or not. If there is an agent or ticket tag for notes, what is it? If not how would I create a tag seeing as the system is so customizable.
