Thank you for you help crythias

My Activate directory and OTRS are OK, but always that I need login in OTRS, is necessary user and password, but I would like for example:

- I have arrived in my job.

- I have connect in my network with my user and password.

- I opne internet browser, type de otrs address and it already connect in the OTRS system.

Today I have the situation

- I have arrived in my job.

- I have connect in my network with my user and password.

- I open internet browser, type de otrs address and type user and password to OTRS again.
